Dear Mr. Kennell:

I must thank you and your terrific crew for the wonderful job you did installing my new Carrier furnace and air conditioner. My old furnace jutted out into our basement about four feet with a two foot gap between the furnace and the wall. I wanted the new equipment to be against the wall, giving my children more play area in the middle of the room. Dan and Mark worked very hard to accomodate me: the molded new duct work, changed the hot water heater venting, moved the gas line and worked various other forms of magic to neatly install the furnace flush against the wall.

And every night before they left, Dan and Mark cleaned up their mess so my children wouldn't hurt themselves on anything! I couldn't have been happier with their professional, perfectionistic approach. They took care of my job as if it were there own home.

Here is the best part. You told me the Carrier High Efficiency Furnace (rated at 92%) would save me money, and you were right. Our natural gas consumption has dropped so much, in fact, that People's Gas sent me a notice that my meter was broken and needed to be replaced (see attached letter). When I told them the new furnace was installed at the same time our gas usage dropped, they knew the meter wasn't broken. I'm saving gas despite winter temperatures of -22, plus I've raised the thermostat 3 degrees higher than last year.

I got bids from six heating and cooling companies before choosing Beverly, and I'm sure I made the right decision. I would recommend you to anyone who wants a top quality product, excellently installed, and at a competitive price. Thank you for keeping us so cozy through one of Pittsburgh's harshest winters.

Carrie and I want to thank you for a job well done. Our new forced air system is working well and we are pleased with the way everything has worked out. From the salesman to the CEO and engineers, everyone at Beverly helped to make sure that we would be happy with the installation.

At first we got bids from several companies. The equipment you wanted to install was superior, yet your bid was lower than many. Tom and Dick were courteous with our questions and requests and above all, gave us more reasonable answers than we received from elsewhere. They also promised to work with us as the installation proceeded, saying that they wanted to insure that we were pleased with the end result. With their help we decided on a Carrier Four Zone System and worked out the details of the installation.

As the work progressed, problems arose and were solved to our satisfaction. The headroom in the basement, the high quality wall repairs, the placement of the compressor, and finally the fan size were all solved. The workmen cleaned up after themselves each day and withstood our constantly looking over their shoulders.

The equipment works silently, cleanly and effectively.

RE: Bob Bonafice

Dear Mr. Kennell:

It is a pleasure that I write this letter regarding your technician, Bob Bonafice. Mr. Bonafice was called for a routine maintenance check on both the Carrier air conditioner and furnace at my residence. He was very thorough and efficient, but most of all, he was most courteous, helpful and informative.

While he performed the maintenance, he explained what he was doing and gave several suggestions on how to maintain the electronic air cleaning system which would extend the life of the unit. He also acid-washed the air conditioner and air filters, and took time to explain that the by-product was harmless to us and the environment.

This is not the first time I have had Beverly Heating perform service/maintenance in my home. I would not use anyone else but Beverly Heating, and certainly have no hesitancy in recommending you to anyone who is considering Carrier equipment.

It is little wonder you have established such a fine reputation. Your technicians, in a sense, are your field representatives. I want to commend Bob Bonafice for his outstanding service; he is surely an asset to your organization.

Dear Sir,

Last week, we had a Carrier Furnace and Air-Conditioner installed. This letter is sent to commend the men who were here to do the work of installation. They were good workers and did a good job both with installation and in leaving our house in clean condition when the work was complete.
